Catholic Diocese of Daru-Kiunga & Catholic Health Service (CHS) are working in partnership with ADI to strengthen the capacity of health sub-centres, aid posts and clinic posts falling under the auspices of the Diocese throughout the North Fly District.
In addition to providing health services, the Diocese of Daru-Kiunga provides many other essential basic services in the areas of education, communications, women, disabilities, and youth.

PNG Sustainable Development Program (PNGSDP) helped ADI to purchase malaria bed nets for people in remote villages in the North Fly and Middle Fly districts of Western Province. PNGSDP also contributed toward the high cost of distributing these bed nets.
PNG Sustainable Development Program aims to support sustainable development through projects and initiatives to benefit the people of PNG, especially the people of Western Province during the period after closure of the Ok Tedi mine.

North Fly Health Services Development Program (NFHSDP) was launched in November 2008, with Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) committing 20 million kina over five years. The program's initial focus is on strengthening health infrastructure and it coordinates health services provided by the Evangelical Church of PNG, Catholic Health Service, Tabubil Hospital and government health services including Kiunga Hospital.

Australian Volunteers International (AVI) sends skilled volunteers overseas to Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East to help reduce poverty and build the capacity of local organisations, including relief agencies, non-government organisations, hospitals, schools and governments.
Since the 1960s, over 1,200 AVI volunteers have worked in PNG, with partners ranging from the highest levels of government through to isolated village communities. Volunteers have provided technical assistance, capacity building and mentoring in education, health, rural and infrastructure development.
